In 2008 the author Donna Fisher founded DONNA FISHER SILENT FIELDS Inc. a non-profit organisation

The objectives of the Incorporation are "to create awareness of the growing cancer cluster story and to originate material of a helpful nature in simple language to those who are interested in the subject. The Incorporation aims to disseminate information to the print media as well as TV and radio about this misunderstood cancer cluster phenomenon. The Incorporation will accept donations from Friends of the Donna Fisher Silent Fields Inc. and other organisations and foundations and will raise money for research."
